World Report Day 2011
We just finished celbrating our hardwork researching countries around the world. We invited the fourth grade classrooms to see our displays and invited them to learn from us and dine with us on authentic recipes and interactive music and games.
It was a terrific day!

Book Review Podcasting and Immigration

Bill of Rights Video
The Social Studies students in Room 111 have been working on video to show and tell what they understand the Bill of Rights to be about. They worked hard as a group to create video that do just this. Enjoy some of the hard work.

Inference Videoes
Today in Room 111, the students practiced showing inferences. The first video shows nighttime. Video two shows buyuing ice cream from the ice cream truck. They were to complete the project acting out clues and acting like a silent movie. The 111'ers are showing their understanding of they types of inferences- action and time/era. Enjoy!

Pearl Harbor Newscasts
